Ingredients
Original recipe makes 2 cups
2 cups cleaned, raw pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons melted butter
Pinch salt

 

Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Toss seeds with the melted butter and salt
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet
Stirring occasionally, bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
